Box or Indoor Lacrosse originated in Canada in the 1930’s where today it is more popular than field lacrosse and is the official summer sport. Box Lacrosse is gaining more popularity in the US where it is recognized for the speed and agility needed to play.  Box is also accredited as a great year-round training technique for Field lacrosse players.
